HeatMaps

Heatmaps are a visual representation of customer location data both indoors and outdoors. They provide an immediate visual summary of the most visited areas like streets, restaurants or large shopping malls. Areas with the highest number of visitors are represented by warm colors (red to yellow). Green color represents locations with fewer visitors. The spectrum of colors (red to green) represents the density of visitors on the map.
Thanks to heatmaps you can better understand customer flows and customer behavior; where they walk, what are their most popular locations or products. As a result, you can proactively act upon it and adjust your strategy or physical layout of a shop to better fit into their habits. It gives you the opportunity to establish a stronger connection with your customers by optimizing the messages you are delivering.
